1. The impact of voltage fluctuations on interface quality
The resistance value of the resistance wire inside the given electric fusion pipe fitting is fixed, therefore, the heating power of the resistance wire completely depends on the voltage provided by the power supply. Therefore, the quality of the welding junction will deteriorate due to voltage fluctuations affecting the heating power
2. The influence of fusion time on the interface
The required heat range for each specification of electric fusion pipe fittings is fixed, and excessive or insufficient heat will have a fatal impact on welding quality. However, under the premise of fixed welding voltage and pipe resistance, welding time is the only determining factor for pipe heat generation, so it is necessary to accurately control the welding time.
3. The impact of environmental temperature on interface quality
The changes in environmental temperature during the welding process directly affect the heat transfer conditions in the fusion zone, thereby affecting the quality of fusion. Therefore, the welding machine must be able to monitor the environmental temperature and automatically adjust the output parameters based on the deviation results.
4. The impact of poor operation on the quality of fusion joints
The so-called bad operation refers to, on the one hand, the scraping or cleaning of the pipe during welding that does not meet the specifications (especially the inadequate assembly of the socket and socket, and the large inclination of the socket end, etc.), which requires the operator to have a certain level of welding knowledge. On the other hand, there are errors that occur when inputting welding parameters, which should be avoided through the settings of the welding machine itself.

Mark the scraping area with a marker, and the scraping length should be more than 10mm long at the insertion depth; Scrape off the surface oxide layer of the pipe, with a scraping depth of about 0.1-0.2mm; Insert the scraping end into the limit stop of the pipe fitting, and fix the pipes at both ends with a fixing fixture; When welding, ensure that the input voltage and time of the welding machine are consistent with the pipe identification, or directly scan the barcode for welding; After the preparation work is ready, press the confirm button, and the welding machine will display the welding parameters again. After complete confirmation, press the start button again to start welding. After the welding is completed, an automatic alarm will be triggered and the welding program will end.
