Operation process

Operation process
1. The electric melting pipe fittings should be protected and packaged until they are ready for use. Before starting welding, the inner surface of the pipe fittings should be kept dry and clean.
2. Scrape the surface oxide layer on the welded end of the pipe. Use appropriate tools such as manual or mechanical scrapers for this operation. When scraping, the entire outer circumference of the end of the pipe or socket fitting should be scraped. When using saddle shaped or saddle shaped tees, the welding area should be scraped.
3. When using a plastic pipe cutter or a fine-tooth saw with a cutting guide device to cut the pipe, it is necessary to ensure that its end face is perpendicular to the pipe axis. Use a small knife to remove burrs from the inner and outer edges.
4. To ensure that the insertion depth meets the requirements, methods such as marking the insertion depth can be used to solve the problem, and the insertion depth is the same as the socket depth of the pipe fitting.
5. Remove the oxide layer from the pipe or socket end area and clean the welding area.
6. Insert the pipe or socket fitting into the socket area of the electric fusion fitting, check the insertion depth marking line on the pipe or socket fitting to ensure it is fully in place, use an alignment fixture to ensure the concentricity of the pipe and fitting, and prevent the pipe from being moved out of the electric fusion fitting under molten material pressure during the welding process.
7. Check if the barcode on the electric melting pipe fitting matches the corresponding welding time on the process paper. If it matches, the barcode can be automatically scanned or manually operated to complete the welding.
8. Pay close attention to the welding progress during the welding process, maintain appropriate distance between personnel, equipment, and welding components, and prevent accidental accidents caused by improper operations from damaging personnel and equipment.
